We are guided to make the postures with the unique style and while learning we are patient and steady with so much care we learn that our tapping feet never like to rest and ready to meet every challenge with care. It’s equal to the celestial play which makes feel the exuberance of it. It not only relaxes our muscle but also our mind. It is an unique freedom enjoyed by the feet traversing far and wide.

Music:

Music plays a yielding effect in our life and it is the best part of our co-curriculum. The soft and sweet notes of music captures the air and we feel engrossed in the wonderland of Alice. The vocal and instrumental music engulf us with peace and harmony of nature and it definitely renders us the rhythm and enjoyment. Every symphony needs a conductor; and we are blessed with the best musician what so ever!

Karate:

Many people envision karate and the martial arts as they are depicted in the movies. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Karate is not about prolonged violent fighting scenes where people are being mimed and killed. But our school enables us to realize that is about respect, confidence, control of oneself and humility. The well-rounded teachings of martial arts positively impact us to enhance our skills and place emphasis on their values and attitudes. We learn the techniques that build strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination. Through this popular sport, we derive many non-physical benefits as well.

Yoga:

Yoga is a form of exercise, meditation, and practices designed with Indian rules. It brings unity to the mind, body and spirit. For us, students it serves fruitfully as it enhances our concentration. It teaches us self-discipline. We learn to relax and gain control over the body and mind.

NIE – Newspaper in Education:

It makes a significant impact and helps us advance the current and awareness of facts and fiction. It plays an important role in our school life, we get not only news but also views. They make us understand that newspapers are the watch dogs of democracy and they make us realize that if democracy is to survive, newspaper should not only be fearless but also make the people fearless. It’s the best form of literacy and adds one more multicolour feather in our educational system. We are certain it will flourish in leaps and bounds.

Tata - sky:

Tata – sky educational programme has installed which offers elegant and colourful activities with Disney games and stories with their favourite characters. It envisions and widens our literary skills to a greater extent.

Mi-kids:

Our institution has launched the Mi-kids phonic programme that comprises of interactive sequences with colourful and virtually appealing characteristics. It gives a profound scope for improvising a language skills and phonic skills and helps us rapidly into free and confident readers.

Helen O’grady:

Apart from the curriculum, we partake in Helen O’grady and have advanced tremendously in the theatrical skill and no doubt we have increased a confidence in performances. By attending this, our creative thinking, team and competitive spirit come to the fore.
